According to Toohey, new home sales have increased by 16% this year, while permits have decreased by 15%. Meanwhile, existing home sales in Columbia have seen a decline of 18%.
Toohey’s Background and Education
Brian Toohey was born in St. Louis and briefly lived in Atlanta before his family moved back to St. Louis. He earned his degree in political science from Fulton’s Westminster College and later received his MBA from William Woods University in Fulton.
College Graduates Staying in Columbia
