Sherri Souza Appointed as Livermore Valley Chamber of Commerce CEO

The Livermore Valley Chamber of Commerce has announced that Sherri Souza has taken over as its new President and CEO. A long-time resident of Livermore, Souza is a seasoned real estate broker who served as the Chamber’s interim director for ten months following former director Dawn Argula’s medical leave. In addition to her extensive experience as a realtor, Souza has also held leadership positions in the National Women’s Council of Realtors, including serving as the California and national president.

A New Chapter for Livermore Valley Chamber of Commerce

Jodi Amos, Chair of the Livermore Valley Chamber of Commerce (LVCC), praised Souza’s appointment at the Chairman’s Circle Reception, highlighting her background as a business owner, volunteer leader, and former LVCC board member. Amos emphasized Souza’s favorable reputation in the community, which she believes will strengthen the Chamber moving forward.

In a statement, Souza expressed her excitement to lead the LVCC, stating that the Chamber’s members represent some of the most respected businesses and organizations in their respective fields. She also praised the business connections and partnerships established by the Chamber, which she hopes to continue expanding and growing the Chamber beyond expectations.
