Seabolt Real Estate has announced the sale of celebrity chef Paula Deen’s former estate in Savannah, Georgia, setting a new residential real estate record at $8.4 million. The property, located at 818 Wilmington Island Rd. on Wilmington Island, surpassed the previous record of $6.818 million set in 2020.
