Loch Lloyd is pleased to offer its residents a range of amenities, including boat slips, lakeside estates, and golf course lots. Homeowners have access to three marinas, providing easy water access. The lakeside estates offer residents a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views. Additionally, we have limited golf course lots available, which offer an excellent location for practicing your swing. Loch Lloyd is committed to providing its residents with the best possible experience and stands ready to welcome you to our community.

Loch Lloyd provides formal and casual dining experiences and occasionally invites guest chefs to showcase their skills. The state-of-the-art Health Club offers a range of activities, including cardio, weight training, yoga, aerobics, a massage facility, and a café to relax and recharge. Swimming pools are available for families to enjoy on sunny summer days, and a breathtaking facility can be rented for receptions and special occasions.

Tennis facilities are also available, and nature trails provide opportunities for a brisk run or a leisurely evening stroll. The Tom Watson Signature Golf Course is the most noteworthy amenity, with memberships available for social and dining and full golf memberships. Loch Lloyd has a swim team, “The Lightening, ” which competes locally in Kansas City. Additionally, various clubs and activities are available for residents to socialize and enjoy their weekends at home in Loch Lloyd.
