A Brief History of Atomic Cowboy

Atomic Cowboy started as a bar in Denver 20 years ago. Four years later, founder Drew Shader added Fat Sully’s Pizza to the mix. Eventually, his separate concept, the “biscuit bus,” also found its way into the bar. Today, Atomic Cowboy has nine locations, with seven in Colorado and one in Westport, Kansas City.

For now, the Overland Park Atomic Cowboy will be open from 8 a.m. until midnight. However, Shader mentioned that they may end up extending its hours. So, gather your friends and family and head over to Atomic Cowboy for a tasty and fun dining experience!
