A total of 23 New Jersey towns ranked among the top 150 hottest housing markets in the nation in November, according to the latest Realtor.com data.

New Jersey’s Top Performers

New Jersey’s highest entry on the list was Marlton in Burlington County, ranking 22nd with a median listing price of $423,725. Out of these towns, 15 made it to the top 100.

National Leaders

Nationally, a part of Rochester, New York, and Franklin in Massachusetts secured the top two positions in the hottest housing markets.
