Jef Conn Appointed as Texas REALTORS® Chairman
The Texas REALTORS® organization recently announced Jef Conn as the new chairman of the board. Conn, a seasoned Realtor from Coldwell Banker Commercial in Lubbock, is known for his strong belief in continued professional development and dedication to sharing his real estate knowledge with others.
Jef Conn’s Real Estate Background
Since becoming a Realtor in 2007, Conn has specialized in both industrial and investment properties. He has volunteered with associations at local, state, and national levels, and served as the president of the Lubbock Association of REALTORS® in 2017. In recognition of his accomplishments, Conn received the Texas REALTORS® William C. Jennings Commercial Transaction of the Year Award in 2016.
As a new chairman, Conn expressed his gratitude and excitement about the opportunity to contribute to the organization. He stated, “It is an honor to represent Texas REALTORS® and its members in 2024, and I am grateful for the opportunity to bring my knowledge and experiences to the organization. I look forward to working side by side with Realtors statewide as we continue to advocate for our priorities, private property rights, and housing affordability for all Texans.”
