Dallas’ Century 21 Judge Fite Co. Expands with Granbury Property Firm Acquisition

Texas’ largest Century 21 real estate sales franchise, Dallas’ Judge Fite Co., is growing again with the purchase of a Granbury property firm. This move signifies the company’s commitment to providing world-class real estate solutions and making dream homes a reality for clients across Texas.

Century 21 Property Advisors Acquisition

Judge Fite Co. is acquiring Century 21 Property Advisors, a real estate brokerage firm handling home sales in Hood, Parker, Erath, Johnson, Somervell, Collin, and Tarrant counties. Established in 1973, Century 21 Property Advisors has offices in Granbury, Godley, Glen Rose, and McKinney and employs about three dozen sales agents.

This acquisition follows Judge Fite Co.’s recent purchase of Century 21 Icon in Waco, marking another significant step in the company’s expansion plans.

Expanding Footprint and Cultivating Excellence

Century 21 Judge Fite Co. CEO Jim Fite expressed his enthusiasm for the company’s growth, stating, “As we grow with Century 21 Property Advisors and reflect on our recent merger with the Waco office, we are expanding our footprint and cultivating a culture of excellence. These mergers show our dedication to providing world-class real estate solutions and furthering our mission to make dream homes a reality for our clients across Texas.”

In October, Fite Co. announced that Century 21 Icon in Waco would become a company regional office, serving areas including Waco, Bryan, College Station, Temple, Belton, Stephenville, and Waxahachie.

Company History and Achievements

With a family history tracing back 86 years, Century 21 Judge Fite has handled $1.8 billion in property sales in 2022. Before the recent acquisitions, the real estate firm had about two dozen offices and more than 1,250 workers.

Ashley Conlon, Fite Co. general sales manager, shared her excitement about the merger with Century 21 Property Advisors, stating, “The merger with Century 21 Property Advisors is an exciting opportunity to combine our strengths and resources, and we are enthusiastic about the positive impact it will have on the communities we serve.”

The acquisition of Century 21 Property Advisors by Dallas’ Century 21 Judge Fite Co. demonstrates the company’s commitment to expanding its footprint and providing exceptional real estate services to clients across Texas. As the company continues to grow, it remains dedicated to cultivating a culture of excellence and making dream homes a reality for its clients.
