Dr. Mazin Shikara Purchases Oceanfront Golden Beach Home for $15.5 Million
Dr. Mazin Shikara and Julissa Shikara recently bought an oceanfront home in Golden Beach for $15.5 million, just six months after selling their Jupiter estate for a record-breaking $27.5 million. Florida entities Azul Pulia and Azul Zeena, managed by the couple, purchased the house at 407 Ocean Boulevard from Abelardo Monroy’s Florida LLC, Sweet Gift.
Record-breaking Jupiter Estate Sale
The Shikaras’ previous waterfront Jupiter estate sale in May was a record-breaking transaction for residential sales in the area, with a final price of $27.5 million. Kim Cuomo of Keller Williams Realty represented the Shikaras in both transactions.

The seller, Abelardo Monroy, has a history of buying and selling luxury real estate across Miami-Dade County. In 2021, he sold a waterfront Hibiscus Island home for $21 million and purchased the Golden Beach house that same year for $8.2 million.
Details of the Oceanfront Golden Beach Home
Built in 1941, the Ocean Boulevard home sits on 0.3 acres and spans nearly 4,900 square feet. The house features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, one half-bathroom, and an ocean-facing pool. Previous buyers of the property had plans to renovate it, but it is unclear whether the Shikaras have similar intentions.
Neighboring Property Sales in Golden Beach
The Ocean Boulevard home is next to a 0.8-acre oceanfront vacant lot that billionaire real estate developer Ben Ashkenazy sold for $29 million last month. Other recent sales in Golden Beach include mortgage boss Michael Rappaport’s June sale of a waterfront home for $19.6 million and financier Brett Fischer’s wife, Jill Aronsky Fischer, purchasing a waterfront home for $8.2 million in March.
